Glenda Cleveland was an American woman and the neighbor of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer who was the first one to report him to the police when he was on a killing spear during the period between 1978 to 1991, killing 17 boys and men and committing physical assault on them.

He was arrested in July 1991. He was found guilty by the court in 1992 and was convicted of multiple charges of first-degree murder. However, he was killed by a fellow inmate while he was serving his sentence in the prison.

His life story is being narrated through the web series “Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” which premiered on Netflix on 21st September 2022, and in which, Emmy award winner Niecy Nash is playing the character of Glenda Cleveland.
